These terms apply to purchases made through the Laxson online store. Certain rights provided by applicable consumer protection legislation cannot be waived or limited by these terms.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications and compatibility information.

Product appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to manufacturing updates, screen display differences or product revisions.

Availability may change without notice.

Customers are responsible for confirming that an accessory, replacement part or device is compatible with their existing Laxson equipment before ordering.

If you are unsure which product you require, please contact us before placing your order.

Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on the Laxson Shop are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges and other applicable fees are calculated and displayed before the order is completed.

Where applicable, additional third-party charges that cannot reasonably be calculated in advance may apply.

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Laxson Solutions Inc.

Before completing your purchase, you will have the opportunity to review your order and correct any errors.

After your purchase, an order confirmation will be provided electronically.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable products or other legitimate reasons. If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by the payment service provider made available through our online store.

Laxson Solutions Inc. does not store complete payment card information on this website unless expressly stated otherwise.

Available shipping options, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly stated.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, as well as any rights provided by applicable law.

Before returning a product, please contact Laxson Solutions Inc. for instructions.

Unless otherwise required by law, returned products may need to be unused, complete and in their original packaging.

Certain products may be non-returnable where permitted by law, including products that have been specially configured, activated, personalized or otherwise prepared specifically for the customer.

For products to which Québec's availability-warranty requirements apply, information concerning the availability of:

• replacement parts;
• repair services; and
• information required for maintenance or repair will be provided as required before the purchase is completed.

Where any of these elements are unavailable or only partially available, this will be disclosed where required by applicable law.

Products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty, a Laxson warranty or legal warranties provided by applicable law. Warranty coverage, duration and exclusions may vary by product.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any legal warranty or mandatory consumer right that applies to your purchase.

Certain Laxson products may require activation, configuration, a communication plan, software, monitoring services or another service agreement before all functions are available.

Unless specifically included in the product description, the purchase price of a physical product does not automatically include recurring services, monitoring, cellular connectivity or software subscriptions.

Any additional service requirements will be identified on the applicable product page or during the ordering process.

Personal information collected through the Laxson Shop is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.

Information required to process and deliver an order may be shared with payment processors, shipping providers and other service providers involved in completing the transaction.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, misuse its content, access restricted systems or use Laxson trademarks, images or other protected materials without authorization.

The Laxson name, logos, product names, website content, images, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to Laxson Solutions Inc., unless otherwise indicated.

They may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior authorization, except as permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Laxson Solutions Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.

This clause does not limit liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our store, products, practices or legal requirements.

The version applicable to your purchase is the version in effect when your order is placed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Québec and Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply based on the customer's place of residence.
